MEET DR. CHRISTINA TRAN

Dr. Christina Tran, DDS

Dr. Christina Tran DDS

Prosthodontist

What drew Dr. Christina Tran to dentistry is the ability to positively affect the lives of her patients.

Dr. Tran attended the prestigious University of California San Francisco School of Dentistry. Following several years of private practice, she went on to specialize in Advanced Prosthodontics and sub-specialize in Maxillofacial Prosthetics at the University of California Los Angeles.

Before moving to the Pacific NW, Dr. Christina Tran worked in Hollywood, across from the Warner Bros studio, providing all aspects of care to patients in the aesthetically-demanding movie industry. She then worked closely with an in-house dental surgeon and in-house dental lab to plan, coordinate and deliver multiple full mouth oral rehabilitations a day. It was supremely rewarding to affect her patients' lives in a dramatic and positive way. Dr. Tran is experienced in recreating smiles and restoring teeth through veneers, crowns, implants, partials, dentures, overdentures, all-on-x fixed implant bridges, and obturators.

But more importantly than fixing teeth, is helping patients feel more like themselves. Dr. Tran's personal goal for her patients is to not think about dentistry or worry about their smile. She wants her patients to go out in the world confidently and happily, instead of hiding their joy by covering their laughter with their hands, or reservedly smirking in photos instead of smiling with teeth. A lover of food, Dr. Tran also wants her patients to chew tender steak, bite on crunchy baguettes and gnaw on corn on the cob, if that's what they want to enjoy!

Her hobbies are centered around exploring the world around us: through nature activities like hiking and diving, through cuisine, and by traveling to other countries and talking with locals to understand their culture and way of life. She is working to visit all of the US National Parks and the 7 Wonders of the World.
