Dr. Veronica Toro is a board-certified orthodontist and third-generation orthodontic specialist who is passionate about creating healthy, confident smiles for patients of all ages. Continuing a family legacy of orthodontic excellence that spans generations, she combines advanced clinical training with a personalized, compassionate approach to care.
Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Dr. Toro earned her dental degree Magna Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico School of Dental Medicine before completing her orthodontic specialty training and Master of Science in Dentistry at the University of Washington. In 2019, she achieved Board Certification from the American Board of Orthodontics, a distinction earned by only a select percentage of orthodontists.
Committed to providing the highest level of care, Dr. Toro incorporates innovative technologies such as LightForce™ 3D-printed brackets, Angel Aligners, and AI-driven treatment planning to help patients achieve exceptional results. As a native Spanish speaker, she is proud to serve both English- and Spanish-speaking families throughout the Shoreline community.
Outside the office, Dr. Toro enjoys spending time with her husband, their three daughters, and their two dogs. Having fallen in love with the Pacific Northwest during her time at the University of Washington, she is proud to call the Shoreline area home.

Our office is open Monday through Thursday, with Friday appointments available by special arrangement to better suit your schedule. Located in a beautifully appointed building, we offer ample parking in a spacious private lot for a smooth, stress free arrival. For guests with mobility needs, an elevator provides easy and comfortable access to our suite.
Our practice is conveniently situated near the junction of Hwy 99, Hwy 525, and I5, just minutes from the Mukilteo Ferry Terminal. This central location makes us easily accessible to patients from Tulalip, Marysville, Lake Cassidy, Lochsloy, Lake Stevens, Everett, Snohomish, Mukilteo, Lake Stickney, Mill Creek, Monroe, Edmonds, Maltby, and beyond. We also warmly welcome our island patients. If you are visiting us from Oak Harbor, Swantown, San de Fuca, Fort Casey, Greenbank, Austin, Langley, Clinton, Pebble Beach, Tyee Beach, or other areas on Whidbey or Camano Island, ask us about priority ferry passes.
